love cast iron?

Cook in your cast iron.

Watch as the FLO Kamado gets this cast iron skillet up to temp and ready to cook peppers and onions. We even had enough room to grill some chicken. We love cooking in cast iron and never need much of an excuse to break out the skillets or pots. Its like cooking on the campfire, without the lack of heat control. So much fun to be had!

steak. that is all.

600 degrees & the perfect steak.

The FLO Kamado's temperature is easily regulated by airflow. By having them both wide open, we were able to get the temp up to 600 degrees to sear all the flavor into these beautiful filet mignons. We cooked them to a perfect medium. One of our guest asked for their steak to be well done, so we asked them politely to leave. The FLO Kamado is amazing and versatile.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Yields: 4-6 Servings

Bring the temperature in your FLO Kamado up to 450 degrees. Ready your quarter stick of butter. Also open your chocolate chips and marshmallows as this will allow you to move quickly once your butter is melted in the skillet. Note: Your favorite candy bars can be substituted for chocolate chips and you can also choose from a variety of marshmallow flavors.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes | Yields: 8-10 Servings

Peel and mince 2 cloves of garlic. Shred your cheese if needed. Crush your saltine crackers. Slice your onions from top to bottom through the center of the onion. Carefully peel off layers of onion, creating a vessel for your great mixture of meaty goodness!

Achieve the necessary high heat with the FLO Kamado required to sear your steak perfectly.

The perfectly grilled steak all starts with a great cut of meat. Look for a nice marbled rib-eye. Marbling is where the flavor comes from. It also ensures that your steak stays juicy during the grilling process.

Prep Time: 15 Minutes | Yields: 8-10 Servings

Crisp up 8 slices of bacon in your black iron skillet, drain off fat, chop and set aside. Next, dice bell pepper and onion and set aside. Now grease your pie dish with butter and begin browning your pie crust inside your FLO Kamado for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Pull out and set aside.
